    Love it so far!
I really love this machine. It is small, but, that is what I wanted. It’s just my husband and I. I followed the instructions and it was done in about 20-25 minutes. Consistency was soft serve. I used my own (no cook recipe) and just modified the proper amounts. I researched a lot of machines and this one seems to be true to description. The dasher and parts are plastic so care should be taken when handling. I froze the bowl in my deep freeze and froze it upside down to keep the ingredients from sticking to the bottom. Worked great! I made the ingredients and put it in the back of the refrigerator where it would be kept the coldest, for a day. This was my first time using it. If anything different happens I will add to my review.

    Food
    My icecream turned out fantastic

    Easy to use
It’s nice that you don’t need ice or salt for this, unlike old fashioned ice cream makers. When turned on the cream at the top tends to remain more liquid, while the cream near the bottom, and closer to the sides becomes more like ice cream in density. This makes it a little hard to remove from the container. If you put the ice cream into another container and put in the freezer it becomes almost too hard to scoop.

I love the product I love the fact that I can make my own ice cream

    Ice cream maker
I bought 2. My daughter loves hers. I have not used mine yet

Lid hard to seperate from motor
The lid and motor came attached in the box. There are NO instructions on how to separate the two. It is supposed to be washed before use and you cannot wash the lid with the motor attached. I tried everything to get them apart without breaking the lid. I called the company and they were no help at all. They need to revise their instruction booklet to show how to separate the lid from the motor. Unfortunately, I was unable to use it at all. I am sure it would have worked well otherwise. I was disappointed and had to return it.

    Doesn’t Work Well
I tried making ice cream using one of the recipes provided. The instructions specified that the wet ingredients must be cold and the bowl be placed in the freezer for at least 24 hours. I compiled with these instructions. Nonetheless, instead of ice cream, I ended with soupy mush. I cannot recommend this product.
