I got these because my mom is always eating ice and wanting cold! But these you have to freeze the cup for a minimum of 24 hours before putting anything in it and then it is a watery slushy and there is not much room in cup after freezing the liner. I returned because I would have to have 10 in the freezer ready to go just to be able to use when desired.

I bought two of these. I was attempting to recreate my favorite slushy maker that I used when I was a kid in the sixties. These do work faster than the one I had, but I had more patience when I was a kid, too. The amount of product, soda or juice, is minimum (as it was as well way back when). I was expecting a little more, I guess. I would also mention that these are a might on the expensive side for what you get… my opinion, of course.
