holds 2 cups of coffee with creamer no problem
I ordered this cup for 3 main reasons – 1. I wanted it to hold 2 cups of coffee with creamer, 2. I wanted a cup that’s easy to hold because I have rheumatoid arthritis so my hands are often sore, and 3. I wanted it to fit in my car’s small cupholder. This mug fits the bill! It keeps my coffee warm for a couple hours. I haven’t tried it with anything cold, so I haven’t used the straw that came with it. My only complaint is the clear plastic lid hasn’t held up very well, but I’ve messaged the seller & hope they can help me out. That’s the only reason I gave durability 4 stars instead of 5. I recommend this product! Oh, and if you want something cuter than a silver & black mug, wrap it in vinyl stickers – that’s what I did!

Best Cold Cups for Ice Coffee !
I love Chill Cups ,all Stainless Steel , it comes in 3 or 4 sizes . It has the Handle if you want to use it, or not, I do ! Also straws, and this one gives you a coaster. Sometimes that offer more straws and a brush to clean the straws. I love the 32 oz size for my ice coffee. I buy so many of these because they are a great affordable price and I can use them all year long. And I especially donât want to be without it in the summer time. Itâs awesome, you canât go wrong if you love ice cold drinks.Thank you. R

Keeps beverages cold and easy to handle.
Love this Chill cup! My husband uses this every day. He has to take a lot of pills and this is so nice to keep his water cold and I love the fact that it came with it’s own straw with a soft end that you can use or not, plus a brush to clean the straw which is really nice. We have also used it on a trip to the Dr. and it fits the cup holder great The handle fits your hand good and is removable so you can clean all the outside of the cup. I would not hesitate to purchase one of these again.

This cup did a nice job of keeping my beverages cold. The slider top kept it leakproof until the plastic piece broke after about 3 weeks of use. I can continue to use the cup with the straw, but I am disappointed that the leakproof mechanism broke so quickly.UPDATE: Following this review, the company reached out to me and offered to replace the entire cup for free. Very impressive customer service! Since receiving my new cup several weeks ago, everything has been working well.

This was our third chill cup. Thought it would make a good coffee cup with a straw. Itâs insulates well and using the straw helps keep my eyes on the road. The problem is that coffee stains gets under the slide on the lid. It trying to clean it, it broke. I tried to contact Chill Cup but they do not respond to inquiries on their website. So itâs a good deal until you break or lose something. For me the lid is now junk.Update, Chill cup reached out to me and cleared up that theyâre website contact me was not working correctly. The do support the products and did help with my broken lid.

Great for cold drinks, not for hot drinks. The lid is a nose boinker. Price is great but they need a better lid!
We want to love this insulated travel cup but we merely like it better than others we own. It is fantastic for keepng drinks cold! No doubt about it. An icy drink with lots of ice will stay cold all night and still have ice the next morning. It does not do nearly as well on hot drinks. Pour a nice hot coffee and it will be merely warmish a couple hours later. In my mind the units weak point is the lid. The lid is clear, fairly heavy but totally uninsulated. Since heat rises-right throw this lid- it just can’t keep hot drinks hot long. I’ve tried preheating water in the microwave to preheat the mug before pouring coffee hoping this maneuver will make a difference. It doesn’t at all! Another important feature to complain about is again the lid. The lid opens with a slider mechanism meaning the slider mechanism slides away from the user on top of the lids recessed base. Sounds fine and dandy but it boinks into the user’s nose! So annoying! My nose isn’t that big but it still bumps into the lid cloCisure. The nice part about this unit is all that is included. The handle is great and should work on other mugs we have around. The straw is great too but the blue rubber/silicone tip was weird tasting until we soaked it overnight in suds and gave it a good rinse. We will pull the blue tip off me thinks. But we do like the stainless steel straw. Chill Cups thoughtfulness regarding including the tiny brush cleaner is much appreciated. So all in all – this makes a more than decent cold thermal mug if one can deal with the lid bumping your nose. We do not think its much to write home about as for as keeping hot drinks hot though.

Originally I gave this a two star review because my messages for whatever reason were not being received by customer service in order to resolve my issue. Johnny contacted me based on the review I left and went well above and beyond what I was expecting as far as customer service. Overall this is a great cup. It keeps my coffee mostly hot for the 4 hours it takes me to drink it in the morning. It’s worked better than every other mug I’ve bought for this exact purpose and has held up well to my dropping it. The only downside is that there is no way to buy a replacement lid for the 20 oz currently and that was my issue. I’m just happy that Johnny was able to help me out.
