I bought this for my LG stackable washer/dryer. I took a gamble with regards to the size – my appliances are 27 in. x 30.1 in. x 39 in – larger than what this kit ostensibly supports. My gamble paid off – this kit does indeed support a ~30in washer/dryer. I’ve had no issues with it and it feels sturdy.

This is my first time stacking the washer and dryer and I didn’t know what to expect. This kit works well at keeping the dryer in place and not moving around on top of the washer. The little pads add about 2 inches of height to the whole setup and there is a ratchet strap that goes around the whole thing to hold everything together. I’m still not sure if I needed this or not, but it works as intended.

They definitely work.
I was skeptical about this setup. I already had a stacking piece for my washer and dryer, but I was hoping this one would be more secure than that one as it ratchet-straps the two together. The center pieces feel a little iffy when you’re installing this, but it actually works out quite well. Be careful not to crank the ratchet strap down too tight or you’ll dent the dryer. But it works really well and the end result feels really solid!
