We purchased this ice maker for our new little restaurant. Itâs advertised as a commercial ice maker for a bar, cafe, restaurant , etc. Once installed, the health inspector said it does not have any of the required sanitation labels and cannot be used. At all. Now we need to figure out how to return it, and all the return shipping labels we were sent say âbill senderâ

Initially we did not get the ice produce. We have online debugging the issue with their engineer and find out the faulty ice head . They offer me full money return or replace the faulty top head. We decided to move forward with new head . they sent me new device right way . After install the new head , it is start working fine . Issue can be happened but question is how fast and quickly issue resolved. I am very happy with their service and honesty . It is very good product and I am using for my Motel.
