This little gadget is fabulous and I wish I wouldnât have waited so long to get one. It helps with the smell of having my washer shut but helps not impede out walkway when the door is fully open. Super handy! I highly recommend. Also, this product was delivered quickly and was exactly as explained.

After evicting the creature from the black lagoon, black slime from the rubber gasket, I swore I would allow my washer to dry out between washes. With two adventuresomekitties, I also needed something to keep them out. This is the perfect solution! I bent into shape and it has worked beautifully. I like the silicone covered magnetic and easy to bend design. It looks a bit like a Squidward arm, holding the door. I chose this over the simple x design because my kitties are pretty determined and I have no doubt they could have pulled the wash machine door fully open, if the device didnât wrap around the outside of the door.

I saw this door prop at a friend’s house and immediately ordered one. Our washer never smells fresh even when I wipe it down. The door siwngs open and blocks the entry to my kitchen so I can’t leave it open for long. Now I can leave it propped open just an inch and our washer no longer smells stale. Problem solved!
