I saw other reviews that said this item didnât work, but for me, itâs amazing! It makes the most perfect cup of snow every time. You have to use the ice cup it gives you, but thatâs easy peasy! I love this product!

Broken cups
I still love the machine, though it has its flaws. The âsnowâ isnât the same as shaved ice from Hawaii, but itâs finer than a snow cone. You do have to let the puck sweat before shaving. The issue I have is with the plastic ice mold. It broke the second day of use. I canât seem to find a way to replace the cup from the vendor. Iâll have to buy some elsewhere.

Blade fades quickly
I’ve only had it for about a month It started off really easy and quick shaving ice and it’s already starting to be more and more difficult to shave. The ice blade seems to be dulling quickly. Also, as you twist the ice shaver, it tends to unlock from the bowl. You have to hold them together in this weird way. But I mean it was only $15 so you know lol
