Works surprisingly well
I was very skeptical when I ordered this because I use alot of soap & was starting to think maybe thatâs not the healthiest thing. I figured Iâd roll the dice with this one & it didnât disappoint. I still use a very small amount of soap but this machine gets my clothes especially my gym clothes very very clean & smelling fresh.I really tested it when my I found my dads used pajamas he left at my house 2 weeks after he left them in a laundry basket in the guest room, I used barely any soap, put it on boost and when they came out they were 100% clean.The ozone smell is also really nice & doesnât set off any of my air filters warnings and they go off with literally everything, so it seems safe as well.Oh and installation is incredibly easy, took about 30 minutes, donât be fooled by other reviews that say itâs not.

Works Perfectly
This works exactly as advertised. This is the third product Iâve had that uses the same or similar technology. I read somewhere that these types of devices last about 3-5 years before they need replacement. This is consistent with my experiences with two OTHER manufacturers. Having just purchased this, I donât know itâs longevity. Clothes are clean and chemical/soap free. I use a spot remover if there are food or other stains on an item. Working with a spot stain remover, this technology cleans clothing just fine. I use it for adult clothing so Iâm not removing grass stains from football uniforms. I read a Consumer Reportsâ short review of the technology and found the review wide of the mark. The article reported that the clothes werenât any cleaner using this technology than if plain water was used. IMHO, they answered the wrong question. The question is, is this effective when compared with clothing cleaned with soap and fabric softener? The answer is, âYou betcha.â Assuming the marketing information is correct â NASA developed this technology to clean clothing on the International Space Station where water recovery is extremely important and separating soap from waste water is quite difficult â NASA got it right. Unfortunately, the Consumer Reportâs faulty review may kill the product line, and this is most unfortunate. Compared to two other similar devices, this is the best in terms of price and capability. I highly recommend it. BTW, I purchased the spray bottle as part of the package and have found it to be effective. Imagine cleaning counter tops without the use of chemicals! I highly recommend both products â unless youâre cleaning grass stains from childrenâs clothing in which case I donât have an opinion.

Chem free cleaning at itâs finest! Great for those sensitive to smells
Easy to install, plug and play, chem free cleaning. Iâve only been using for about one week now but already Iâm in love. Clothes come out smelling CLEANâ¦.remember clean has no smell, itâs the absence of smell. Itâs also comforting knowing that our washing machine is not harboring mildew/mold. Iâve used ozone medically for a couple of years now and Iâm very thrilled to integrate it into cleaning.

Overpriced paperweight, save your money
Easy to install, looks like itâs working but no changes to the cleaning ability of the washing machine. Still needs detergent to even get out the smallest and most mild of stains that were even pretreated. Save your money and buy something more efficient. No noticeable ozone smell since the unit was installed not even a minute whiff which makes it seem like a snake oil dream machine.

This O3 generator is built to last.
After reading many reviews, I found that most of these type units are made of plastic. This one has most parts made of metal as a result, the price is more expensive.It is easy to install for an experienced person. The O3 odor is strong in normal mode.I installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling over the washer and use it every time she washes clothes. Caution, the O3 generators made to take odors out of cars, rooms, etc., have a warning not to breath the O3 vapors due to possible lung problems. Do your own research making your installation decisions. We took the safer route.

Blown Away Customer Service
We have used this product for commercial use running 15-20 loads of laundry per week. Even though the company markets this product for residential use it has worked great for us over the past two years. As expected with the heavy use our unit started having some electrical issues after two years. When I emailed the company I was shocked at how quickly they responded! They went above and beyond to rectify our issue! THIS is the type of customer service that shows me how serious they are about customer satisfaction. THEY CARE! Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever experienced!
