Dangerous!
 **** CAUTION!!!**** This lighter is very dangerous and shouldn’t be sold. It’s inexpensively made and is very suspect to do Lord knows what. I’ve messed with this lighter for about 2+ days now, and I recommend this lighter be removed from the shelves! Sometimes it lights, most times it doesn’t. You hear hissing noises coming from it when you fill it and when you try and ignite it. I always let lighters rest several minutes after filling the tank to give the gases inside a chance to warm back up. When it does light, it casts a ridiculously large torch flame. It’s letting out way too much gas! I’ve tried adjusting the gas and that doesn’t work like you’d expect it to. It needs to be disassembled to adjust the amount of gas that’s being released. I hear hissing and gurgling noises coming from it before, during and after you use it. I’ve been messing with lighters for over 45 years and I know a poorly built lighter when I experience one. This lighter looks good, but it’s poorly made and a very bad accident waiting to happen to an unsuspecting consumer.

Strong flame and well built!
This butane lighter feels solid in the hand and should last a lifetime! The 3″ flame it produces (at max output) is both impressive and effective. This works great to light a campfire and makes short work of turning small sticks into a roaring blaze! I keep this in my car for emergencies, living in the northeast, bad winter roads can strand a person and with no way to stay warm, could be life threatening. This is part of my emergency kit in my car – no batteries to worry about, this will light a fire quickly and safely (even in windy conditions). This is built like a tank and performs like one too. Very nice.

Large lighter, easy start up.
Lighter came in a carboard box with a manual and filling adaptor. Lighter is large with a medium-large sized torch flame, holds a ton of gas and sparks up 100% of the time. Very comfortable in the hands since its so large, buttons/control placement are good and easy to reach and doesn’t get in the way when using. Fit and finish is OK, you can see misaligned fitment in the plastic/carbon fiber shell. The flame turns red after a few seconds, It heats up a metal screen turning it orange and then the blue flame starts to have a red glowing haloCons:- The metal screen used to turn the flame red looks terrible, its spotted with what looks like rust and discolored from the heat, this was right out of the box and not used. The metal screen looks like it could be pried off-Only the main parts that heats up are made out of metal, everything else is plastic with very visible molding marks and misalignment is the plastic.
